My bank account has been initiated by bank on 5 dec as per thier commination but they freeze my account on 4th Dec. 2023. They saying they received notice rom Cybercrime Gujarat and im living in state of Maharashtra. Cyber crime they sayig i have transferred 800 rupees to a fruad person. After certain requests the invetigation inspector rom Guarat cyber team has given NOC to Kotak Bank cyberteam, but KOtak bank is refusing to unfreeze as they need email only from Gujarat state cyber email id which is not responding to emails as well nor responding on phone call. my whole months salary got stocked in that account.

I have done online review task and they transferred me 200 rs something post they asked me or prepaid task where i paid 1000 and they gave me 1300 post that they asked me for 1000 again i paid 1000 but they don't returned me anything and asking for to pay 2000 and they will give me 2600 so i refused and thinked that i lost 1000 rupees. but suddenly i got message for account freeze after 18 days kotak bank given me the acknowledgement. In that acknowledgement fraudulent transaction amount showing Rs. 175/- Gujarat cyber investigation officer already given NOC and unfreeze account, but bank is asking they need email from Gujarat State cyber cell email where i am continue sending them email as well phone calls but they bot are not responding my whole months salary is stucked in account and am living my daily life without money since last 18 day.
please help.

You don't contact the cyber crime police of Gujarat by email.
Instead you can write to them and send it by registered post and inform them to send an email to your bank about this at the earliest.
This step will fetch you the desired relief
