my father in law is saying we will make a case of dahej......because we r busy person nd we dont offtenly go to their home...........but we didnt took any dahej so how we can survive on this

we didnt demanded any dahej.......but they gave us 1 freez,airconditionar,tv only without any demand

Your wife is with you now? Anyway you can lodge a complaint with the Police about your father in law's alleged threat.

You may alternatively file a case for criminal intimidation against your in laws but do not fail to ignore that your marriage may be jeopardised if not already ceased to exist.

i agree with above Experts, simultaneously you can send a Written Compaint against your in Laws to DGP OF POLICE, IG ( ZONE)OF POLICE and DM of your District etc by Registered post this will protect you when any complaint/ criminal case is filed against you.
