Can I change my Date of Birth and First Name officially by doing a affidavit and Gazette?

You cannot change your date of birth by doing affidavit or publishing in Official Gazette.

For getting change in your date of birth, you have to approach a Civil Court seeking declaration, along with all the documents like your birth certificate etc., you also have to state as to how your date of birth presently indicate is wrong and how the mistake happened.
