Whether can we use the TM immediately a day after the Application for Trade Mark Registration is filed?

Yes. Even prior to making application for Trade Mark you can continue using it.

Yes. It can be got used as desired.

Unless you're TM is registered in some other's name you can use it any time even before registration.
