Daughter mentally disturb, wants cure right

My daughter has married in 2009 but after marriage she is mentally disturb and behaves like she does not know any body in family members. She started blaming each family member including me and her mother. It seems she has not any feeling about her family members.
Again after some time she has left her husband due to her some personal reason. We have taken her to a psychiatrist. In Electroencephalography (EEG), Dr has told us that she is mentally disturb and due to this she will always think negative. The Dr has told us that it require 1 month medical attention to recover.
We have tried to take her to Doctor for cure but she started hollering and called up the police. Then police has told us that we cannot do anything against her willing because she is mature. Then she has given the written statement to police that she doesn't want to leave with me (father) or husband.
Now she is leaving some where in Delhi that we don't know where. she often calling us and starts crying or saying that she is not well. We have asked to come at home but she is not ready for that.
Its now 1 year and as a father, it is not possible to see her in trouble and staying along. Also we want to give her complete medical treatment. We have the medical certificate about her mental problem and we want to take the help of law to get her in home for cure.
Please suggest, how can I take her to home for her complete medical treatment and better security.

i dont have age to advice you in this issue.. even its a clear issue between relationships due to misunderstanding..
dear sir, law will not force any one to stay with anybody.. since she is a major she is liberty to do stay anywhere as per her wish,
first you made a mistake by sent her to psychiatric counseling.. without knowing her problem why you did that. dont create any bad thinkings about her..
ever did you speak with her maternal house or your in law?
just do it., without ego speak with her husband. and find out their problems.. without delay just find her., and get her back to home.
"being as a parent is easy sir., but should be as a friend while she is in blue." you wife also failed to understand her problem? being a lady its not easy to understand that? am very sorry for you.
"nothing can make her cure except your nearness and love towards your daughter" if you got her mean my humble request to you, dont bring her to any mental treatment untill seeing a smile in her face.
before feel as too late., find your daughter.

Why you are not taking Police help to locate her?? Her Mobile call can help police to locate her.
Then treat with Psych. Dr.
It will take 6 months to a year to recover. If not treated immediately, brain nerves cannot be repairs once die. Brain cells are irreparable , even if damage due to less oxygen supply from blood. & air
How Gurkha & mountaineers suffer after certain height, Lack of Oxygen, cannot become businessman like sea shore regions of U.K. , New York, Hongkong, Tokyo, Paris, Calcutta or Mumbai.
this condition result, not only due to mental shock, from area she lived after marriage, ventilation of room, she resided, food habits, ect . Must change environment.

Thank you sir for reply.
She is double Graduate and she is doing job for 7000/- PM.
Some times her husband transfer some money. But I am not sure who is helping her in terms of maintenance.
We have tried to take her home 1 yr before when she was left her husband. But she call police with help of one lawyer. She said that her parents wants to kill her and they will put her in mental hospital. Police has call us to police station and we have to free her after written statement her. We have shown the certificate and told them that she is disturb and tried to convince but they said this order is comes from Delhi. So they will not help us.
For other information I will give you after looking to that report.
Now if you could guide me how I can take the charge legally to cure her. I will be highly obliged. Please help me....

If she is on job, you know her office address.
Find out her best friends in office, in confidence to get root cause of mental disturbance.
She can't be so bad, otherwise how can she work??
A working double graduate,
I doubt u can take charge.
Over and above she is married, so you are no more her guardian .

Dear Tom Sir,
We have never forced her to stay with her husband. Even we have told her that if you are unable to stay or you does not want to stay with your husband you can leave with us. We can decide it later on that.
We did not get her to psychiatrist just because she left her husband. You have not seen her behavior since 24 year before marriage thats why you can think like this. We have seen a lot of changes in her behavior. She saying that some one is murmuring in her ears, She started looking some kind of shadow and bad faces around her.
So, Please try to understand help us if you can.

no sir.. i cant agree with you..
you know one thing, every mental disorder persons also need some love and affectionate words only. they dont need tablets or treatments. but here your daughter not yet go for that much critical.
so just think my view.. may words may be impractical.. but its possible one..

Now I withdraw it,, as I came to know later, she is working, and double graduate.
you note sequences of Q & Ans.
He did not disclose this basic fact in original query. Then he said he already went to Police. Police has call us to police station and we have to free her after written statement her.
So it turn table. father is not a gurdian of married daughter. Only Husband can do so.
Police accepted her WS. Police is no mad.
