Daughters right on father's self earned property

Dear All,

Need advice on property right. I have a brother what will be my right in my father's self earned property. I am married and separated from my husband. My brother is married and he has son as well. Just wanted to know weather i will get 50% in my fathers property. or All the property will go to my nephew.

Yes, you have equal right in your father's property if he has not executed any will (intestate) bequeathing the property in favour of either of you/ someone else.
