How many days are provided by the court to Police to file the charge sheet in court after the arrest of accused? 60..?? or 90..??
FIR registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B of IPC.

There is no time limit for filing a charge sheet under Cr.P.C

Normally 90 days. But it is not mandatory. After 90 days the accused in jaiil can get bail.

As per section 468 Cr.P.C, there is unlimited time for filing of charge-sheet for an offence,for which punishment is more then three years imprisionment

Section 467 and 468 is telling about limitation for taking cognizance of certain offences.

No time limit is there to file the charge sheet, however, the Court has limitation to take cognizance if chargesheet is not filed within limitation period thereof.

No..its a formal. After registered the f.i.r with in 90 days the charge sheet should be filed in concern court.. Some time its may took some more time with court's permission..

If the accused in judicial custody mean after 90 days he wil be released on bail..
