Dear Expert,
My Late Mother disown my elder brother and his wife on one local news paper
but at the time of property probate, he challenge below are:-
1) ONLY ONE NEWS PAPER PUBLISHED ro
2) PUBLISH TITLE " Public Notice" Not mention on publication
3) My Mother address Not Correct.
4) elder brother S/o Not Mention
5) elder brother address not mention

please advice /suggest your valuable comments - it is debarred valid or not

Unless and until there is a Legally valid document registered like Will etc the News Paper publication as you say could have no much of Legal validity.But it depends on your advocate how he could convince the court regarding this. The chances of success is very less.

In normal course, disowning of a person by any parent does not debar him from being a legal heir of the deceased. He can rightfully claim his share from the property of your mother, if she dies intestate. Rest depends upon examination of case related documents.

The protest is in which forum ; court or authority under whose jurisdiction property falls or revenue authority or family meetings?
