Debt recoveery

hi, I left unpaid credit card of amount AED 1O,000 of one of the bank in Dubai . Now I am getting calls from Debt recovery agency.
Currently I am not in a position to pay.Kindly tell if the debts taken overseas can be recovered from India.And what are my rights as to defend myself in terms of poor financial status.

well banks will go bankrupt if everyone after spending on credit cards refuses to make payment on account of poor finances .

if you fail to pay bank will file case against you . obtain order from court in dubai against you .

Request bank to allow u to pay in EMIS.
