DEAR EXPERTS, Iam in need of suzzessetion in land -matters in court decrees ,can court decrees are valid in obtaining on land matters? can it is valid as in registration act?

Yes. Court decrees are purely valid if passed on land matters. In some of the acts, the jurisdiction of the civil court is specifically barred so in those cases, if any decree is passed, it shall be nullity.

Section 9 of CPC says that Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to try all suit of civil nature excepting suit of which their cognizance is either expressly or impliedly barred.

Though it is valid. It does not give the decree holder the right to sale the the property as if he is a first class holder of the property.there r several rule to aquire such property.
