I am working as treasury-in-charge with the state Govt., Bihar. My uncle and cousin brother with malafide intentions in his mind is creating problems for me by making complaint incorporating false allegations against me and my family since a long. Several criminal litigations are pending between us; some are instituted by us and some by them. Root of the litigation is gift deed which is executed by my grandfather in my favour, the concerned District Judge after marathon litigation passed a decree in my favour in response to suit for possession instituted by me. After defeating in the litigation my uncle and cousin brother now started making false complaint against me to my senior officer and even they approached the Chief Minister through janta darbar. On their complaint an enquiry was set up and all the allegation leveled by them found false and the Enquiry Officer has given clean chit to me and specially observed that my uncle and cousion with a view to settle the personal scores is making false allegation and misused the govt. machinery by inviting enquiry against me. Now I am fed with the acts of my uncle and cousin, I am bearing them since 1996, they damaged my reputation in the society as well as downgraded my position in the office. What are remedies available to me and can I filed a complaint for defamation and suit for damages against them.
