Dear Sir(s),

Kindly give advice that, wife made laegations u/s 307 attempt to murder in FIR bur police deleted that section under the final report of chargesheet.

can i and all the my family mambers can file defemation case against her that she made false alegation prima facie.my bail is under hearing but all others members got bail.

kindly suggest.
