Sir, here judgement date 21-1 and date of filing appeal is 27-7 and appeal admit date 1-8- . So ,if such delay allowed?

i think grounds of appeal may filed along with condone the delay in filing..

if appeal admitted mean high court shall summon to the accused. accused need not to go for bail again.

just defend the appeal..

i think the accused shall have to take bail again before the High Court.
