What is the definition of Advanced Stage in terms of above ruling.I. E. RK Soni v/s State of MP.
Evedence before charge has been completed by two witness, charged framed thereafter by Magistrate in 2012.
Accused attempting to take advantage of above mentioned case law.
Private complaint registered in 1996.
