sir please defined the term of notice and after serving the notice when the complain should file please explain me detail i also heard that it is amended. I need to know about the negotiable instument notice after returning the cheque from Bank

There are various kind of notices such as notice to a landlord or notice to a husband from his wife or it may be Anything. So ask specifically what u wanna know about?
