What should I do if my college sends me a notice to withdraw my degree after 2 years of graduation on some absurd grounds ?

what are the absurd grounds?
What are the powers of the University/ VC to annul any degree awarded by it and on what ground. these must be mentioned in the University gazette / standing orders / instructions. Only then you would be able to rebut their 'absurd; cancellation of your degree
