What is the penaulty for delay in registration of flat transfer documents? and if in case i execute a fresh sale deed to avoid such penauly then i need to pay stamp duty again?

How much registration fees i need to pay generally for registration of sale deed of flat?

are you from tamilnadu if so you will pay stamp duty for 10%.

10% aprrox.for a rough estimate every where.
