EVEN THOUGH THE PLAINTIFF HAS SINCE TURNED SENIOR CITIZEN AFTER HAVING UNDERGONE HEART BYE PASS SURGERY 11 YEARS AGO, DEFENDANT'S ADVOCATE FINDS FAVOUR IN GETTING ADJOURNMENTS FOR HIS DELAYING TACTICS IN CROSS EXAMINATION OF THE PLAINTIFF-WITNESS IN CHIEF SINCE 2010 IN THE CASE FOR PROBATE OF REGISTERED WILL OF PLAITIFF'S DECEASED MOTHER; SC, HAVING OPINED REPEATEDLY FOR NO SUCH DEFERMENTS WHEN WITNESS PRESENTS FOR CROSS EXAMINATION, HOW CAN JOINT REGISTRAR BE ALERTED FOR NON-ADJOURNMENTS ALREADY BEEN FOR THREE YEARS IN THE CASE FILED IN 2008 TO LET THE PLAINTIFF SEE RESULT IN HIS LIFETIME ? ANY CPC PROVISION OR SC CITATIONS PLEASE ?
