What is meant by leave to defend

You are a tenant or landlord since leave to defend provision is applicable in some statues for defendants and in DRA for tenants.

The provision of obtaining leave to defend is technical provision and many litigants bunk on it. Since if leave to defend in not obtained there is no appeal against it.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 28 March 2013
he can go to SC.
H.M.Patnaik (Expert) 29 March 2013
You have liberty to either to move a Review petition against the order or move suitable appeal petition before the apex court.
