You shall ask the bank authorities to give a copy of the business loan agreement as the bank is asking you to repay the outstanding loan. The guarantors/surities shall pay the pending dues but you can request the legal heirs of the deceased person to repay the loan and bank shall also give notice to them also.

Issue legal notice for providing documents of loan . RTI Act is applicable to government banks, check whether BoB is government or not.
