Demand Para(last paragraph) in Legal Notice.

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 10 January 2011 This query is : Resolved
Respected Sir,

Plz. Provide me the information.

We have taken an Agreement from “A” as surety to “B” for indemnifying the loss or damage. And that while entering into the said Agreement “A”(surety) has given a post dated Cheque mentioning the fixed compensation amount of Rs. one lakh.

Now “B” has violated the said terms and conditions and thus he is liable to pay the compensation amount as required along with surety. Hence I want to give a notice to A and B claiming the said compensation amount.

In this connection, what I should write in the demand para ie., at the end of the legal notice.

I want only last paragraph.

first present the cheque in clearing and incase it gets bounced then issue to both . Try to send a legal notice thru a counsel. If you try to be a doctor of yourself to send the notice erstwhile later on you may land up no where due to technical flaws in the notice.

You can not initiated cheque dishonor case, because at the time of issuing the cheque there is no legally enforceable debt.
