Dear Sir, I just want to know weather children are allowed to play in DDA park, if DDA employee ask not to play in DDA play park than can we complaint to the police of the DDA employee.

Yes they are allowed to play in park and if they manhandle the children then you may complain in police
I am also a resident of vasant kunj and I have seen such incidents in my pocket as well.

Thank you all sir for reply.This Park is Behind Sector C - 9, This park is developed by few residents of the said Sector of C - 9 way back in 2003-4. and been maintained by them till dec.14th 2014 when DDA people demolished the cricket net and dug-ed the area .The Said Park had 3 cricket net where we had been training kids with no mandate fee for last almost ten years.all the pipe line been put in the park and water tank been made by residents of said sector.The residents names are written in the stone in the said park
Sir, i put a RTI in this regards but DDA people replied that they have developed this park and maintained by them.This is false reply by DDA.
Please help me if i can do anything for this reply.

Yes, if you find this reply to be a false information, you may initiate legal acion against the erring officials who gave false information by lodging a complaint to the top official of the DDA on the basis of the evidence in our possession to prove that the information supplied through RTI Act was false .
