Have you been charge sheeted and provided with the copies of the electronics/ physical documents and what is the response of your own defence assistant engaged to defend your case when you received copies of the memory card/ video clippings?
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 09 March 2017
nothing understood.
give facts.

no riddle please.
Sri Vijayan.A (Expert) 09 March 2017
Mr.Rafi pl answer to Expert Mr.Dhingra.
There is no hampering in getting the copy. Go through the case of the administration, charge sheet.
The not mentioning about the number of files, length of files does not help you.

However, it is advised to appoint a defence counsel and to submit representation and also to attend the inquiry under Conduct Rules.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 10 March 2017
First let the querist confirm whether any chargesheet has been issued to him or not then only the question of Def Asstt arises.
Adv. Yogen Kakade (Expert) 10 March 2017
