A is a bank employee.. his password used by another junior bank employee B... B forged A's account.. disciplinary proceedings initiated against A by Bank for being negligent ... A says B should be produced before the Authority ,since B forged his account.. B is dead.. what will happen to the disciplinary proceedings initiated against A ??
A wants that it should be dismissed against him since B is dead.. will A succeed?

Death of B is of no consequence since A is being proceeded against for negligence in password.

Yes A has violated the Information System Security guidelines by sharing his password to another employee and hence irrespective of the fact that B is alive or not A has to face the music of disciplinary proceedings.

A have to face the proceedings against him whether B alive or not. Because the offence against the state.. He have to take risk to prove his case..

There are hell lot of similar cases pending against bank employees. Of which, many emanated due to sheer ignorance about the consequences of such security lapses or trust reposed on colleagues to carry out tasks due to work pressures.
