Deposition through virtual mode from usa under 13b(2)

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 08 January 2021 This query is : Resolved
My daughter has depose her statement through video-conferencing from USA. What is the ways she can be identified herself when in the order passed by honorable court on 23.12.2021 for deposition through VC on 12th Jan,21 has not mentioned anything. At present there is no walk-in access at Indian consulate.
What is the other alternative that can be adopted to satisfy or otherwise acceptable

If at all your Query is about presenting in Court by Video Conference the Prior Permission and informing the concerned Court would be mandatory. Better discuss with your Advocate immediately as only few days are left please.

Consult your lawyer who is well aware about the facts and circumstances of the case.

Hearing through video-conferencing on 13B(2) has been postponed to 27.1.2021 because of some logistic reason. Embassy at NY was emailed about deposition within consulate, but it was informed by consulate that walk-in-access has not started yet because of COVID restraints, but they are ready help to attest the notarized copy of affidavit and passport.
"Video- conferencing rules says coordinator may be required at remote point of hearing (USA) only when a witness or a person accused of an offence is to be examined"
But the district judge even in presence of lawyer is not convinced, meaning he wants the deposition within consulate which at present not possible.
How to convince the ADJ Spl. Pl help me out
