ACCORDING TO COMPANIES ACT CAN A PERSON BECOME A MEMBER WITHOUT HAVING THE SHARE?
IS THE DIRECTORS OR OTHER OFFICIAL OF THE COMPANY ARE COUNTED AS MEMBER?
SIR PLEASE HELP ME

In Form 23ACA, if you press the "Pre-Fill" button, the system will automatically indicate the authorised capital or number of members of the company, as the case may be. There is no blank column in the said Form for you to fill up the number of members.
