1.work 7month after leave not joined.salary sent by post to the Delhi High commission (salary given)
2. After 6years they caught and confined but allowed to go home once with a hairdresser.
3. Not yet filed chargesheet allmost 2months over.
He is the only earning member.
Question: limitation of the case ?
What is the fate of the case?
Please suggest. What we should do?

not able to understand what exactly you mean and what do you want.
Not at all understood as to what is Delhi High Commission and how they received his salary.
given facts only give an impression that he is Army deserter and liable for court martial. Till caught by Army he is liable to be taken in custody by any cop at any place in India.
You have not indicated if the local thana police was hunting for him or not.

After 6yrs he caught by the Army and now He is in the custody of the Army for 2months for desertion charges. Till date charge sheet has not been filled.
What will be the punishment? Is there is any way of pardon?
As he is the only earning member.

What was the reason for desertion for 6 years continuously?
Whether the accused deserted with or without arms/ ammunition/ secret documents in his care and custody?
Whether the accused deserted while posted in field area?
