Does the J.M.F.C. have the power to relax, cancel, delete or alter in the bail conditions, which were imposed by him ealier while granting bail. Is there any citation on this point.

The JMFC has powers. The power to grant bail only confers powers on him to lay the conditions. While being so,the same provision of law enabling the JMFC to grant bail also contains in itself the powers to grant relaxation, modification and the other ancillary reliefs.

Yes the it is the JMFC only who granted the bail can pass any subsequent order regarding any conditions by addition , altering or removing it . But the bail is granted by other court then it could not.
