Dear Kumar,
First of all it is very sad to read your story that you quit the Indian Army, It was a very much pride and honour for you , family and friends that you have been selected for this great job to defend our country and you further could have continued to serve Indian Army. See training is very hard but it is essential to prepare a tough soldier. You have left after 28 days without a permission. That means, you were a Absent Without Leave from the training. You have violated the rules of defence orgainsation and you have absconded your self without taking proper leave also. Therefore, this is a indisciplinary ground , you will be dismissed from Army on discipllinary ground. Are Police had come to your address to trace you or any communication from Army had received or not for your act? Better you get the dismissal discharge certificate from Army. Otherwise you other Govt department will also ask your previous profile may raise the problem for you.

Dear Kumar,
Since you were a trainee for only 28 days still you have become a defaulter and you will have to face the court of inquiry there. After court of inquiry Army will give you dismissal certificate. This is only a proper procedure to get dismissal/discharge certificate from Indian Army.
