The liability of Holding and subsidiary company can be seen from the book Companies Act recent edition of Ramaiya.

Thanks to all Respected contributors.
I want to study this case under the topic- statutory exceptions to the rule of soloman v.soloman(company has seprate legal entity) & one of the exception is-holding & subsidiary companies. so please guide me, what is the relevance of Lonrho's case to above mentioned topic?
