Sir, whether the registration of public charitable trust is mandatory?
Whether 'trust' is to be registered or "trust Deed" is to be registered?

The Trust deed is registered with the local SRO under whose jurisdiction the registered office is situate, non registration has some typical legal infirmities, you need to register the trust with the local charity commissioner and also with the I T Department.riven
