Delay in MACT

Hi,
My third party insurance claim is going on in MACT for 4years & I was the traveller in that vehicle. Injured severly & right hand got paralized. Unable to find money for treatment. Normally, how many years it takes for a verdict ? Is there a way I get money for the treatment before case is settled ? Please advise......
My advocate is saying the time cannot be estimated for MACT. Court is asked the Vehicle ownrt to appear the court on November 11.

Normaly MACT cases does not take such a long time. There must be some valid reason for the delaye in your case.

Without going on in depth of acts of your MACT claim still pending, I hope your case must be at last state and it is better to get it disposed off by requesting the Tribunal and finally get compensation, if it is awarded rather making interim application and agitating for that.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for providing your inputs with regards to my concern. My advocate is saying that the time limit for a MACT cannot be determined. The Court is asked the Vehicle owner to appear on court by November 11. I do not have detailed information about this case. All the supporting documents have been given to advocate. My advocate did not call me for any hearing as of now. I apologize, I am totally blank with related to legal matters.
