same name of the company

iam having small query, for example iam having company by name ABC Ltd, can another person can run the business with the same ABC Ltd, what is the legal stand can we take legal action, give me some provisions related to the copy rights.

No. No other person has got legal right to use name of ur company becs it is already registered. You can file civil suit seeking infringement of subsequent similar name but prior legal notice is mandatory to be given to such person. apart from civil action, criminal can also be initiated against such person if he do not stop his activities deceiving other person.
