Hi friends.
I want to know that is it essential and mandatory to mention SEPARATE PARAGRAPH STATING WHEN THE CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE OR JUST THE MATERIAL FACTS OF MARRIAGE AND INCIDENTS ARE ENOUGH IN SECTION 13 HMA PETITION.

Yes,it is mandatory to mention that "cause of action "arose on such date...to file suit /petition/case and if facts regarding cause of action is. not mentioned in plaint/petition ,such suit/petition/case would be dismissed u/order 7 rule 11 [a] of CPC.
