You can argue case, however it is always advisable to have advocate because opposite party will definitely appoint advocate and have expert person to fight out case.

which stage your case is? And if final argument better writes written argument and submit it , so all points are covered and it is on record. Additionally, when you hear opp. side you can take points and contest them orally if anything is missing in your argument

Tell some one to check all your written work atleast once. See there are some Adv. who check the work of junior , they take consultancy fee but don't appear in case or are busy in other imp. cases . If you have finacnial problem better take help of legal aid cell
