Purchased a plot in panchayat layout

Dear Lawyers,

I purchased a plot in Panchayat layout in Visakhapatnam. The layout developers got land conversion certificate also. I got it registered in Lankelapalem registration office. Can I resell this property without any legal issues to either parties?

Yes you can sell as after registration of land, you have title of the same.

Since it is already registered you and the buyer mayn't be involved in any issues and you can safely resell the plot to the intended buyer.
