Dear Team,
My family belongs to kolkata, West Bangal. My mother In law wants to gift her property in her children. Is it possible to transfer the property from Mother In Law to son in law. Is gift deed is possible between mother in law and son in law?

Yes very much possible. The woman can dispose her self owned property to anyone through gift deed. Mother in law can execute gift deed in favor of son in law get the gift deed registered after paying required stamp duty and registration fee applicable in the district where immovable property exists.

One another point. Then what will be difference between the two cases?
1. If she gift the property to her daughter.
2. If she gift the property to her son in law.
Which one is easier and less complicated. Is there any difference in monetary involvement?

There is practically no difference if she gifts property to her daughter or Son in law.
