I am a married Govt employees did a sex chat ONLY WE NEVER MET, with other wife . And her husband got that chat. now WHAT WILL HAPPEN if he lodge a FIR. PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE.

No FIR or criminal complaint for adultery. This is no crime now as section 497 IPC has been held void by the Supreme Court of India.
Enjoy life with wife of other person, maximum that person will seek divorce from her and may seek your help in getting rid of her.

The so called chat does not amount to adultery, and adultery is no longer a criminal offence. However, that does not mean that we are endorsing your unethical behaviour.
