Lease agreement for scheduled castes(person)

Sir experts .
I have a one doubt about on the lease agreement for Scheduled Caste person. I have a Land on National Highway-so one Scheduled Caste person Asking for Lease for the Pertol Bank for 20 yrs for paying rent. In future any problem in giving lease to SC person or any right to him after 20 yrs on that Land.

Dear Sir,
To be frank it is better to avoid such transactions unless third party who is your common friend is ready to vouch for such transaction. Be informed that it must be registered lease deed and see that it should not be more than 3-5 years and you say that it will be renewed thereafter.

Dear queriest, for Petro Bunk, the Petroleum/IOL authorities issue license to establish Petrol Bunk and ask for lease deed for not less than 20 years. If the license holder did not submit the lease, his/her license will be cancelled. So first ascertain that person has got permission to establish Petrol Bunk. And if you are interested on mutual agreement, you shall lease out the land for a period of 20 years and it shall be registered. The terms and conditions must be followed while preparing the lease deed.
