MY FATHER IS MISSING FROM LAST 14 YEARS AND WE DID F.I.R AT LOCAL POLICE STATION AT THAT TIME BUT HE WAS NOT FOUND .MY MOTHER AND ME BOTH OF US WE NEED TO SELL OUR LAND WHICH IS IN MY FATHERS NAME , I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO SELL THE LAND OR GIVE SOMEONE IN RENT .

You first have get order from the court declaring him dead, then get heirship certificate from the District SDM office, on the basis of these two documents you get right to sell the property registered in his name.

You need to get a declaration of death from the civil court. For the sake of convenience you can file it in the form of a partition suit with the mother as the defendant or vice-versa.

A fake expert certifies about others' qualifications and talent, as if he expects the querist to get declaration of death of his father from a civil court without any legal formality and without the help of a local lawyer!
In fact, with his multiple vague posts, he simply demonstrated lack of commonsense in him, may he be qualified to any extent.
Question arises, why he, himself, failed to suggest any solution that can be achieved without the help of a local lawyer?
The querist should feel free to ask him fool proof solution without approaching a local lawyer.
