I had completed 10 from CBSE in 2013 & than got admission in 3 year diploma(Regular)from 2013-2016 & on basis of diploma I qualified an exam & got admission in Bsc (Rgeular) from 2016-2019 & during my Bsc I had taken admission in 12 NIOS & passed exam in 2018. My question is that both the degree & diploma is valid.can is show both qualifications at same time in govt or private jobs.

Refer the Rules of the university from which the B Sc degree is being pursued.
Some universities allow certain certificate courses which can be taken with regular degree.

If subsequent course was completed on the regular basis then the same is illegal and cannot be used simultaneously bt if the same was on the basis of distance mode of learning then it is valid for all purposes.

If NIOS is kind of correspondence course not requiring regular classes/attendance, then to my mind, no difficulty.

Please go through the following guidelines of NIOS :
Under this scheme if you are a learner who
1. is studying in a regular school, or
2. has already passed Secondary Sr. Secondary or any other higher course from any Board/University, you can opt any subjects of your choice, to update knowledge and educational qualifications
However, on passing, only the statement of grades will be issued, No other certificate will be issued in this case.

There is no illegality in obtaining the completition certificates of both the courses simultaneously in the light of the offered facts.

In government jobs where degree exists, secondary school is seldom insisted. You have completed your BSc, admission in BSc was given on the basis of diploma held by you.
Step not appealing to undertake Secondry School when Graduate Degree is in your hand.
However, in such case, NIOS would issue Marks statement and not the certificate of completion.

Question is not whether 10+2 certificate was required after graduation or not rather the question is whether both decrees/certificates can be obtained simultaneously or not. We need to confine to the query.

No need of doing +2 after completion of graduation.
