UNLESS YOU PUT IN IN

QUESTION:xxxxxxX

ANSWER: YYYYYY

DICTATION & RECORDS AS : ZZZZZZZZZ

WE CANNOT SAY WHO IS RIGHT..

If the Question was suggestion, and Witness denied , Judge dictated correctly.
Otherwise it was wrongly recorded, and can be objected, and Witness can be recalled to examine, to correct this statement.
