Dear virender., you are very innocent. Your query shows that clearly. Its ok. We are with you.. Suit mean its only for civil cases. Every civil cases called as original suit. So the word suit will not apply in criminal cases.
M/s. Y-not legal services (Expert) 02 June 2011
But the civil and criminal both courts can send any one to jail. But the purpose will be entirely different to each other. Yes criminal arrest mean its for punish that person. But civil arrest will not be treated like that. More over in civil arrest the person who is want to send some one to jail, he is responsible for his day to day needs.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 02 June 2011
The civil court and Criminal courts are having powers to order arrest warrant and send the parties, witnesses etc to jail.
