Difference between claim petition and plaint as per cpc

Please discuss the Difference between Claim Petition and Plaint under CPC and their legal consequences ? After Claim Petition was ordered in another suit, for the same thing , can the suit be filed?

1.Claim petition is filed to claim compensation like in MACT cases under MV Act.
and for other type of compensation cases.

2.Plaint is filed under CPC for getting reliefs in different types of civil cases.

3.Basic nature of both is same and that is to
get required reliefs.
