Can the workmen under ID Act directly approach court, if yes which court

Industrial Tribunal or Labour Court?

Which court is more in power?

Will you please let us know in which connection the workmen wants to approach the court,be it labor/or/industrial tribunal,what grievance he has actually and remedy is desired???????

He want to approach for his payment of Wages which are lesser than Minimum Wages with reference to respective State Rules.
