difference between sec 156(3) crpc and Sec 190 r/w 200 crpc

Iam about to file sec312 ipc against my wife 1)Is it cognizable offense 2) How i can drag her whole Family into this

Pls let me know under which private complaint i should proceed.

You post here the fact leading such thinking to drag all members of the family of your wife then we can comment which facts can constitute any particular offense giving cause of action to you to legally initiate action but no specific reply can be given against a vague question.
