Difference in certified copy from the main deed.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I was gifted a residential property in 2009. In the main print of the main deed my lawyer forgot to write my PAN number and also made a mistake on the plot number, but the registrar was kind enough to point out those mistakes and hence provided my lawyer an opportunity to write my PAN number with hand in capital letters & also change to the correct plot number (before the registration process starts) and eventually the person who was gifting me the property signed on both the places respectively.
These changes were not made (due to hurry) on the set of photocopy of the main deed which is required to be submitted to the registration office during the registration process, as because the photocopy was taken before the changes were made.
Hence, will there be any problem in future if the original deed does not match with its certified copy ?

It may be problem in future, contact with local Sub-Registrar office with original deed, they can rectify the same, failing which you can execute a Rectification Deed.

Respected Sir,
If I am not wrong, to execute a rectification deed would require the original gifter to again come to the registration office and perform her part in the registration process. Thus I would clarify that in this case the gifter was my grandmother and she is now no more available with us.
Hence, I should assume that contacting with the local sub-registrar office and requesting them to make the requisite changes shall be my ultimate option, or any other option your good self can advice me ? Please instruct me the exact process.
Thanking in advance.
