Difference in resignation acceptance date and reliving

Dear Experts.

I worked for X ltd for 1 year and 9 months. X ltd was first Company in my Carrer.

I wrote a mail to my reporting manager on 20th October giving notice that today is going to be last working day and demanded to accept the resignation.

He accepted the resignation but didn't informed HR team about the same Till now.

I have Joined Y ltd on 22nd and started working there.

Please let me know if on reliving letter the last working date Comes to be 27th then What will be the Consequences of the same with new Company as well as in future background Checks and Verification.
