We are starting a batch giving education in advisory n management . Should we give certification to students ? Does diploma should be recognised by UGC ? What the act apllicable to degree and diplomas ? Pls advice

You can not give any certification to students unless your course is approved by a recognized university/institution. You have to submit your proposals to such institution seeking affiliation with them.

First get your courses approved by the NCTE or get your instituition affiliated with some university.

Unless and Until your management services are recognized by the concerned authority, you wont issue "certification of diploma" to the students.

Never play in the life of students in the name of giving them diploma certificates or any other educational certificates which are not recognised by any institution/government/ugc or other authority, first obtain proper permission to conduct the course and then proceed.
