Direction to produce documents

(Querist) 13 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
in my civil matter the plaintiff expired hence the right of POA come to end to conduct the matter on original plaintiff behalf. Now the new purchaser of that land property wants to further proceed with the said matter so they applied before the court the defendant ask to produce sale deeds. the purchaser applied to Sub registrar for certified copy of document before 4 month back. But till today he has not received the copy of document. so the purchaser(original owner) filed a application to sub registrar to give him the documents as he had paid requisite fee. But then also he didint received document so the original owner had filed acknowledgement copy of said application asking court to give direction to sub registrar to prodeuce the necesary document. I want to know under which provision of CPC i can make application to court to give above said direction?

The Courts have wide powers of summoning witnesses/documents under the following sections/orders

S.151/S.31/O.16 R14/O.18

If you are moving it yourself don't write the seciton - the court is under an obligation to apply the correct section itself.

if plaintiff is dead his legal heirs have to take out chamber summons in said suit . on application being allowed they will be made parties to suit .

idf new purchaser wants to proceed in matter he has to make application for being added as party . once he is made party he can obtian inspection of all documents relied upon in suit
